Promotech-KM’s versatile machine park brings our customers possibility to manufacture their parts in one factory under supervision of our quality department.
Abilities
Below you will find short overview of our technical abilities:
- Steel sheets cutting – construction steel max 6mm thick and 2500mm wide
- Band-saw with semiautomatic material handling to improve accuracy of the cut – max diameter: 250mm
- Hydraulic and Mechanical presses
- CNC press brakes – bending length of max 3000 mm and pressing force of 320T
- Steel sheets rolling – up to 4mm thick and u to 2000mm wide. Minimal rolling radius – R110
Max range
Max range is given for materials with strength up to 360N/ mm²
- Spot welding up to 3mm thickness of sheet metal
- Powder coating
- Polishing:
- ◦ Flat surface – 1000x300mm
- ◦ Round elements – max 300mm length and 100mm in diameter

Maszyny
Maszyny do obróbki skrawaniem, którymi dysponujemy pozwalają nam sprostać nawet najpoważniejszym wyzwaniom.
W skład naszego parku maszynowego wchodzą:
- tokarki konwencjonalne o zakresie toczenia w kłach 300×1000
- frezarki konwencjonalne, pionowe, uniwersalne – maksymalny zakres w osiach
X = 900; Y = 300; Z = 300 - tokarki numeryczne o maksymalnym zakresie toczenia w kłach 300×2000, przelot wrzeciona maksymalnie 55 (sterowanie sinumerik, fanuc, OSP5000)
- frezarki numeryczne – długość stołu do 2000 oraz w pełni sterowana 4 oś (AXA) zakres pracy w pozostałych osiach y500; z500. (sterowanie sinumerik, fanuc, meldas)
